It features nickel-plated steel jingles that produce a bright, cutting, and loud sound, perfect for cutting through a mix in rock, pop, and funk music.
It has a built-in eyebolt clamp that allows you to securely attach it to any standard 3/8-inch percussion rod or hi-hat stand rod. The mounting rod is not included.
While it can be played by hand, the Cyclops tambourine is specifically designed to be mounted and played with drumsticks, with a shape that's easy to target.
The red frame is constructed from a durable, high-impact plastic polymer designed to withstand repeated stick hits during performance.
The jingles are held in place by a patented pinning system for maximum durability and are not designed to be user-replaceable.
This model has a very bright and projecting sound. For quieter settings, you might consider the brass jingle version or a different style of tambourine.
