1.1 SAME-DAY DELIVERY

in Riyadh & Jeddah

Order before 3:00 PM local time to qualify for same-day delivery.

2. DELIVERY SERVICE

We understand that you are excited to receive your order. We will process and deliver your purchase as quickly and safely as possible.

Same-day delivery is available exclusively in Riyadh and Jeddah for eligible orders placed before 3:00 PM local time. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed for delivery on the next available delivery schedule.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY REQUESTS

3.1 Order Confirmation

The customer may be contacted through WhatsApp to confirm the Cash on Delivery order. We reserve the right to cancel the order if we do not receive a response and confirmation from the customer.

3.2 Prepaid Order Priority

Prepaid orders for the same product may receive priority over Cash on Delivery orders. If the product is no longer available in a deliverable condition, we reserve the right to cancel the Cash on Delivery order and prioritize a confirmed prepaid order.

3.3 Partial Payment for Large or Heavy Products

Some large or heavy products may require partial payment before shipment because of the higher shipping and handling costs. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the customer does not agree to the required advance payment.

4. REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed by bank transfer to the beneficiary's bank account within a maximum of 21 days from the date we receive the returned product and the customer's complete bank details, where applicable.
