No, this is a true wireless adapter set designed to convert existing wired Shure earphones (or any IEM with an MMCX connector) into wireless ones. Earphones are sold separately.
Yes, this adapter is compatible with any in-ear monitor or earphone that uses a standard MMCX connector, not just Shure models.
Yes, a microphone is built into the right-side adapter for making and taking calls. Please note that call audio is only heard on the right side.
