When you play the piano, everything you play is transmitted from MIDI OUT. And at the same time piano produce its own sound. In this situation, it is LOCAL ON.
In certain circumstances, you may need only MIDI output from the piano without its own sound. Then you can turn LOCAL to OFF.
There are 16 selectable MIDI transmit cannels.
Hold down the FUNCTION button and press one key of C1—bE2 on keyboard to select a midi channel.
The piano offers four types of keyboard touch sensitivity settings.
When piano’s power is turned off, it will return to its default settings except recorded song. You can save your own settings so that they will be remembered even after the power is off.
