ES503 is the ultimate portable column speaker PA system. Perfect as a portable PA system for live sound as well as playback applications, ES provide a simple yet powerful plug-and-play solution for solo musicians or small bands, and is the must-have sound system in the touring DJ equipment, thanks to a built in digital mixer and a stereo Bluetooth audio receiver.

The ES503 is a 1000W peak power sound system that includes two slave 4x3” full-range tops and one master 12” subwoofer. It is designed by dBTechnologies to achieve an excellent SPL/size ratio: the tops measure 95x355x137 mm and weigh 1.9 kg, while the subwoofer is 465x400x430 mm and weighs 16.4 kg, delivering an overall sound pressure level of 121 dB SPL. The subwoofer contains a Digipro G3® amplifier module with an auto-range power supply unit (PSU) and a 3-channel mixer with Bluetooth connectivity. A powerful DSP (Digital Signal Processor) manages all the functions of the on-board digital mixer, enhancing the ES503's sound performance and versatility.

The internal design of the tops uses Logarithmic Curved Column Array technology, providing asymmetrical vertical coverage. Additionally, a unique "double-ringed" phase plug broadens horizontal coverage and ensures clear voice intelligibility. This makes the ES503 versatile for any environment, whether the audience is seated or standing.

The ES503 is the most versatile among portable systems, offering three different configurations suitable for various occasions:

1. Mono Mode: The two satellites are connected top-on-top through a simple slide connection system and mounted on the subwoofer using a D25mm pole.

2. Stereo Mode:

   • 2a. Stereo Mode: Each satellite is placed on a tripod.
   • 2b. Stereo Mode: One satellite is mounted on a pole, while the other is on a tripod.

3. Double Column Mode: An ES503 system in mono mode becomes the master for a second ES503, feeding the signal through an integrated balanced output channel. Both systems are controlled by the master’s onboard mixer, and any setup adjustments are made through the master’s OLED display.

The ES503 features a three-channel mixer and a built-in Bluetooth stereo module that receives audio from devices such as mobile phones, tablets, or any other audio device.

The bass-reflex subwoofer houses a 12” woofer and the amplifier module. It includes input connectors, user-interface controls, two Speakon outputs, and a VDE power connector. The enclosure is made from birch plywood, coated with a durable, scratch-resistant black finish, making it road-ready. Two handles, one on each side, make transportation easy.
