Complaint handling procedures

Procedures and methods followed to receive and process consumer complaints
All consumer complaints are received within one business day and are processed as follows:
1- Sales complaints are processed within two business days of submitting the complaint.
2- Warranty and maintenance complaints are processed by the customer delivering the product to one of the maintenance branches in the Kingdom, and are processed within a maximum of fourteen business days for faults covered by the warranty, excluding the period of delivery of spare parts from the manufacturer, as well as official holidays and vacations.
3- For other brands, the customer must contact the authorized maintenance centers directly from the local agent.
